Return Policy

If you can no longer care for your adopted pet, you must contact PawGram immediately. We will take the pet back and find them a new home. You may not:

• Sell, trade, or give away the pet to another person
• Abandon the pet or surrender them to another organization
• Euthanize the pet without our explicit consent

6. Foster Care Program

Foster Responsibilities

Foster families agree to:

• Provide temporary care for pets awaiting adoption
• Follow all care instructions provided by PawGram
• Transport pets to veterinary appointments as needed
• Participate in adoption events and meet-and-greets
• Provide regular updates on the pet's condition and behavior
• Return the pet to PawGram when requested

7. Health and Medical Information

Health Disclosures

We strive to provide accurate health information for all pets, but we cannot guarantee:

• Complete medical history or genetic predispositions
• Future health problems or medical conditions
• Behavioral issues that may develop over time
• Compatibility with other pets or family members

Medical Care

Adopters are responsible for:

• All veterinary care after adoption
• Following up on any health concerns identified during adoption
• Maintaining vaccination schedules
• Seeking immediate veterinary care for emergencies

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using pets for breeding purposes without written consent
• Using pets for commercial purposes or entertainment
• Participating in animal fighting or cruel activities

• Interfering with other adoptions or foster placements
• Harassing or threatening PawGram staff or volunteers

9. Limitation of Liability

PawGram provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• The health, behavior, or temperament of adopted pets
• The suitability of pets for specific households
• The availability of specific pets or services
• The accuracy of information provided on our website

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawGram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or adoption of a pet.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawGram, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Any injury or damage caused by an adopted pet
